Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Deck Familiar (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Your account

  • You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service — including attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it, or using it to violate the law or others' rights.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create (decks, game logs, notes). You grant us the limited rights needed to store and display it to you and the playgroups you share it with, in order to operate the Service.

Subscriptions & payments

  • Deck Familiar offers a free tier plus paid plans (Individual, Pod, and store plans).
  • Web purchases are billed via Stripe; iOS purchases via Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Manage or cancel iOS subscriptions in your Apple ID settings; web subscriptions in the app's billing settings. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

Deck Familiar is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. It is not produced, endorsed, supported, or affiliated with Wizards of the Coast. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. ©Wizards of the Coast LLC. Card names, artwork, and related data are the property of their respective owners; card data and images are provided via Scryfall. Your subscription pays for Deck Familiar's features and service — not for any Wizards of the Coast content.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
